The Buffalo National River

Established in 1972, Buffalo National River flows freely for 135 miles and is one of the few remaining undammed rivers in the lower 48 states.

TENT CAMPING

We have 3 tent sites with 20 amp electric, 3 more primitive tent sites. There is a private two unit bathhouse with hot showers. This campground is designed to operate remotely through partners like Hipcamp without owners or managers always on site.

How is camping in Marshall, Arkansas?

Our comfortable Buffalo National River Cabins can sleep up to 6 people, and each has its own unique experience. Try the infrared sauna in our Orchard View cabin for a relaxing getaway.


​Located perfectly in between two popular Buffalo River access points, South Maumee and Spring Creek, Grassy Road Camping offers full hookup with sewer, and tent sites with electricity at an affordable rate.
